What began as a conversation between Melissa Burch and Cathy Hauck has grown into a community-driven effort.

After securing the site, they engaged the Green County Leaders program to help move the project forward. The energy and commitment of this cohort were essential in getting the garden off the ground, and several of those early leaders continue their work today as members of the board of directors.
